Tenant Representation Services
In the shifting sands of the real estate landscape, leverage often passes between landlords and tenants. General market conditions may not dictate the advantage in a particular requirement. For example, in a market full of 10,000 square foot nonadjacent vacancies, a tenant’s requirement for 50,000 square feet of headquarters space will have fewer solutions than might be apparent from a general market survey indicating high vacancy.
In our Western New England region, we maintain a comprehensive database of virtually all buildings and offerings on the market, which allows us to quickly sort availabilities pertaining to a particular tenant need. More importantly, we have the ability to anticipate upcoming market changes that can be exploited to the benefit of tenants. We don’t necessarily rely on advertised availability to define the solution for a given requirement.
