Kevin Morin oversees Colebrook’s property management division, supervising his team of managers who provide complete property management services to over 2.5 million square feet of commercial property in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Kevin is all about the numbers. He monitors market trends and analyzes tax billings tirelessly and with one goal in mind—identifying specific niche opportunities for each property and each client. Kevin holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Western New England College. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate and has been a member of the Colebrook team since 1986. Kevin’s passion for crunching numbers has recovered over one quarter million dollars through abatement requests and appellate actions on behalf of his clients.

Kevin is an avid runner, and has completed a triathlon and several marathons, including both Boston and New York. The last time he did the math, Kevin had run over 16,000 miles competitively and exhausted 32 pairs of sneakers.
